Place the unworn boots in their original shoebox and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
